Returns and Refunds

Before placing an order we recommend that you carefully review the garment and body measurements charts included with each listing photos to select the right size and fit for you. If you still have any questions or sizing concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to recommend the best fit for you.

If, however, your are not entirely satisfied with the items you purchased, we will offer you the option to return them to us and receive a full refund.

To initiate the return process, please email us at hello@knotium.com within 14 days of receipt of your package with the items you intend to return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we confirm that we accept the return, mail the items back to us. We recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number so that you can monitor the status of your return.

Please note that return shipping costs and any applicable customs taxes and fees of the returned items are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded. Also, the original shipping cost, if any, is not refundable and will be deducted from the initial total purchase amount.

To be eligible for a refund your items must be returned in a fully resalable condition: unwashed, unworn and with all tags and labels attached to them. If an item is deemed not to be resalable, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges 

We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it as described above and place a new order for the replacement items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
