Delivery Costs 

Romania: Free shipping on all local orders.

All international orders ship by DHL Express.

European Union: Flat shipping rate of €12.00 on all orders up to €250. Free shipping on all orders of €250 or higher.

Rest of Europe: Flat shipping rate of €12.00 on all orders up to €250. Free shipping on all orders of €250 or higher.

North America: Flat shipping rate of €16.00 on all orders up to €250. Free shipping on all orders of €250 or higher.

Estimated Delivery Times

We use express delivery for all our orders, DPD for local shipping and DHL for international orders. 

Romania: 1-2 business days from shipping date

European Union: 2-4 business days from shipping date

Delayed Shipping

Please note that, due to customs delays or other circumstances beyond our control we cannot guarantee the estimated delivery times quoted above for international parcels. If you do not receive your order within 30 days, please contact us by email with your order number and we will investigate the delay with our postal or courier services. If the item cannot be located within 60 days we will deem it to be lost in transit, in which case we will work with you to either send you a refund or a replacement item.

Customs Fees and Taxes

The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for payment of any duties, taxes and fees that may be applied by the destination country. If you are not sure of the applicable fees, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for clarification before placing your order.

Mailing Address and Undelivered Packages

All orders are shipped to the address provided at the time the order is placed. Please note that we will not be able to change the shipping address once the order has shipped.

If delivery cannot be made to a customer because of an incorrect address, refusal to complete payment of applicable customs fees or because the maximum holding time has been exceeded, the package will be returned to us. If this is the case, we reserve the right to charge the return cost to you, deduct it from the original purchase amount and only reimburse you for the remaining difference.
